I can strongly recommend Trowbridge Ford garage in Canal Road for their professionalism and good service. Having purchased a used car from them approximately two years ago, I only recently discovered the key for the locking bolts on the wheels was missing. The Service manager was extremely, helpful and suggested I brought the car in for them to assess. They have changed all of the special locking bolts and given me a new key with their compliments. Just taken my 6 month old Boxer campervan to Islington Peugeot in Trowbridge with a leaking fuel additive tank. Despite them being very busy, I found the service advisor and mechanic working on it very helpful liaising with me and Peugeot to get the job authorised under warranty. Overall a good customer focused experience.

Ordered a part for my car .Was easy from start to finish

It is always a pleasure to use this garage. Just had my first service on my MG and cannot fault them again. The whole place, including the toilets, is so clean, the staff on the service desk are very polite and friendly and I’ve always been kept updated about what’s going to happen/is happening etc. I waited at the garage for the service to be done and was offered several different areas I could use so that I could get on with my work for two hours, including a quiet office should I have required it. The attention to customer service, in my experience, is second to none. Thank you all.

From my first visit to my last visit I was looked after by the same member of staff. Billy Had my test drive ready and prepared and had answers to all of my questions. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable and it worked, in the end I bought a new MG ev. I thought the service I had received was excellent, and I was treated very fairly in respect of my trade-in! An enjoyable experience!!

Great service, even knowing we most likely wouldn't buy through the dealership (getting new car through salary sacrifice scheme at work) Billy was fantastic and really understood what we were looking for. If we're in the market to buy in the future, definitely going to start here.

1st time using this garage for MOT/minor service. Very professional, friendly staff. Very engaging and attentive to my questions. No concerns over masks as everyone had one on, with hand cleansing gels at various points. Engagement and service quality throughout was good. I will use this centre in the future

Had a problem with my Vauxhall van. Fixed under warranty at Islington Vauxhall in Chippenham. Friendly professional staff and excellent service from beginning to end. After the repair work was done (free of charge), the van was dropped back at my house. It was even cleaned!
