That's why we are delighted to introduce our 14-day money back guarantee policy for your peace of mind, available on all of our used cars.
If, for whatever reason, you are not completely happy with your new car, just let us know by 8pm on the 14th day after your delivery or collection date and we will give you a full refund and cancel any finance agreement. Please note that the 14-day money back guarantee excludes commercial vehicles.
We cannot accept a return if the car has been modified or altered from the condition it was received in.
If you drive the car over the 150-mile limit during the first 14 days, every additional mile will cost £1 per mile and we may not be able to accept the car as a return.
If the car has been in an accident or is damaged, we may not be able to accept the car as a return and there may be charges for damage.
If we delivered the vehicle to you, the supplying dealer will pick it up for free within the first 14 days (subject to the terms of our 30 a mile radius as with the delivery agreement).
We process all refunds within 48 hours. Once a refund has been processed, it takes 3-7 working days for the money to go back into your account. This is due to the amount of time needed for the bank to process your refund. Once we have checked the car over and agree if It is acceptable to return. Then we will start the refund process.
If you decide to return your car within the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee period, we will not be able to give you your old car back. We will do our best to help you find an alternative car. Otherwise, we will pay you the cash equivalent of the part exchange via bank transfer.
If you return your car and need to get your road tax refunded, you will need to visit the DVLA website.
