We are pleased to announce that following the Governments guidance we opened our Showroom doors on 1st June. Our workshops have also continued to extend our Service and MOT's offerings to all of our customers since 11th May.

During our temporary closure we adapted and created new measures to ensure your safety and that of our team. We would like to reassure you by letting you know some of the new procedures we have implemented:

Workshop:

Booking times will now be created specifically for your arrival. We ask that you arrive on time or just before your allocated time slot to avoid queues.
2 metre markers are in place should you find that there is a queue.
Perspex protection screens are now in place at our Service Reception desk and you will now be asked to place your keys into a plastic bag on arriving at the desk.
Touch points will be sanitized between each of our customers.
Our technicians have full access to PPE equipment meaning your vehicle will be fully protected whilst it is in our workshop.
We ask all payments to be made by card unless you have a service plan arrangement.

Sales:

✔ We ask that you observe and respect the markings in the showroom directing you to the Sales Department and continue to encourage pre arranged appointments and online reservations.
✔ All test drives will be unaccompanied until further notice and we will require a valid driving license along with your national insurance number so that we can complete a DVLA license check via the government website.
✔ All documentation will now be completed online (email address required).

*Please be aware that during this time our restrooms and refreshments will not be available.

We have limited staff numbers in all departments at this stage and would ask that you remain patient whilst we adjust to these unusual times and new measures but please rest assured that we will return to full capacity once its safe to do so.
