Paul Jones | Managing Director

Paul has been with Islington Motor Group for 27 years and Managing Director for the last 19 years. Paul has grown the company from the site on Bradford Road to the now 3 sites and 7 franchises. Paul is committed to ensuring Islington deliver excellent customer service.

Dylan Turner | Sales Director

Dylan's passion for car sales and Islington has shown him progress from a Sales Executive nearly 20 years ago, to Sales Manager and now our Sales Director.

​Nick Howe | Service Director

Nick has been at Islington for over 30 years, in that time he has overseen the companies growth from a small workshop on Bradford Road to our state of the art workshop facility that we enjoy today. And more recently helped us get ready for servicing electric vehicles in the future.

Nick is a keen golfer and a football coach for adults at the weekends.

Kevin Makepeace | Group Accountant

With over 20 years experience in the motor trade as a Financial Controller/Director, Kevin looks after the accounts for the Group.

When not at work, Kevin is usually found on the golf course.

​Ben Aldridge | Sales Manager​

​Ben has been with Islington Motor Group since leaving school in 2004, starting his career as a Parts Apprentice.

​Ben is our very own Jack Dee! He is a devout family man. Specialist subjects are Sport and Only Fools & Horses.

Luke Doel | Sales Executive

Luke has already made a great impact on the Sales team and our customers alike, delivering excellent service and sharing his knowledge with the team. Luke's experience has been with other brands but has quickly learnt about our franchises.

When Luke is not working, or spending time with his family, he is being kept busy with his house renovations.

​Billy Pearce | Senior Sales Executive​

Billy is the famous face of Islington Motor Group and can often be found in front of the camera doing something special for social media! Billy has been with Islington for over 3 years and spent that time learning about our brands and the customer journey so that he is able to deliver outstanding service every time.

Millie DeBoer | Sales Executive

Our newest recruit Millie, brings with her a wealth of experience many manufacturers, including Citroen, Peugeot and most recently with Vauxhall at our dealership in Chippenham. We are excited to have Millie join our team and is already a hit with our customers.

Millie is our resident beauty specialist, and loves making things and people look great in her spare time.

Jon Howcroft | Sales Executive

Jon joins us with over 16 years experience, with the majority for Toyota. Witnessing all the advances in new car technologies in most recent years, Jon is looking forward to learning about our brands.

Previously, Jon spent 16 years as a bread, cake and pastry chef who once won a national competition for hot cross buns. His prize? To supply Qantas airways with 75,000 hot cross buns! 

Luke D'Arcy | Sales Executive

Joining the Islington sales team with a retail background, Luke has loved his move to car sales and getting to know our loyal customers.

Luke enjoys popping down his local spoons and can order without even seeing the menu.

Sharon Morgan | Sales Administrator

Sharon has worked for Islington Motor Group for over 30 years. Starting in 1989 when we were based on Bradford Road.

Sharon enjoys getting away in her touring caravan with family and friends, visiting an array of places and touring the UK and Europe.

Jo Croker | Sales Administrator

Jo joined Sharon in Sales Administration in 2017. Jo enjoys the variety of tasks involved in the role, and settled in quickly to complete the Admin team.

Jo took part in the Olympic Torch relay for London 2012. Her Gran was the torch bearer and Jo pushed her in her wheelchair.

Kyra Charles | Service Team Leader

Kyra joined Islington with over 9 years experience in aftersales with a number of brands. Also becoming a trained damage assessor during her time working in a bodyshop.

An avid snooker player, Kyra has also played a frame with Ronnie O'Sullivan!

Tyla Dobson | Service Advisor

Tyla joined the Islington Service team this year and has already gained lots of experience with our brands. Tyla brings calm and humour to the team.

Tyla has taken a keen interest in the electrical world and is learning more about this in his spare time.

Kevin Adams | Service Advisor

Tony Lake | Service Advisor

Tony joins us after developing a keen interest in Service during his time as a Tyre Fitter, and quickly becoming a Supervisor, making him a complete natural with our customers.

Tony spends most of his free time with his daughter, and is an avid Lord of the Rings fan.

Parts Department Team

Adrian (middle) has headed up the Parts Department for more than 13 years, and Matt (far right) having 26 years Peugeot experience. Simon (far left) is now in his third year with Islington.

Andy Sweetman | Service Driver

​Andy has been with Islington for a number of years and is an important member of our aftersales team. He spends most of his time washing customer cars or providing lifts but when he isn’t doing that, he can be found maintaining our courtesy car fleet.

Workshop Team

​Our workshop team has years of experience in the automotive industry across many different brands including commercial vehicles. They have an excellent attitude and are keen to deliver first class customer service even in the most difficult situations. 

Parts Delivery Drivers

Shaun and Kenny can be found roaming the Wiltshire, Somerset & Dorset roads in their vans delivering parts to our loyal trade customers Monday to Friday.

Kenny is a massive Liverpool FC fan but we don’t hold that against him

Valeting Team

Our valet team consists of Andrew, Simeon and Dave. These guys do an exceptional job of preparing cars for sale, sold orders and maintaining the highest forecourt standards throughout the year (even dealing with the seagull mess during the warmer months!).

Janet Thompson | Cleaning Extraordinaire

Janet is solely responsible for the cleanliness of our Citroen, Suzuki and MG site. Her passion for keeping the dealership so clean shines through everyday.
